Program Overview

The DAP course is conducted through weekly, two-hour live group sessions, accessible via a phone, tablet, or computer with a video camera. These interactive sessions are led by trained facilitators and provide a confidential space for learning, discussion, and reflection.

In addition to group sessions, participants complete weekly online coursework, including:

  • Written reflections to explore personal experiences, beliefs, and triggers, and

  • Practice assignments that apply relapse prevention and recovery strategies to real life.

    Our most comprehensive recovery-focused course, designed for individuals requiring sustained structure and accountability. This program provides an in-depth exploration of substance use, emotional regulation, life skill development, and long-term relapse prevention. Participants receive ongoing guidance and support throughout the year to promote deep, lasting change.
