Streets2Schools, Inc. is proud to partner with Santa Clara County to provide certified, court-approved programs that promote accountability, behavioral change, and family restoration. Through this collaboration, individuals referred by the courts, probation officers, or other agencies can access high-quality intervention and education programs—all delivered in a convenient and confidential online format.

Programs Available for Santa Clara County Residents

Our programs meet all California legal requirements and are designed to support individuals in fulfilling court mandates while building the skills needed for lasting transformation.

**The responsibility falls on the client to select the appropriate registration link, as directed/instructed by their referring agency. The Client is responsible for any delay in programming and may result in sanctions by the Court.

    *Probation Referral or DFCS Referral or Court order instructing client to sign up if not yet sentenced.

How to Enroll

  2. Create your account and complete the intake forms

  3. Begin your weekly sessions and coursework

  4. Receive your Certificate of Completion upon meeting all requirements

Schedule Your Zoom Intake Meeting

  1. In the final intake document, click the link to book your video intake appointment

  2. During this meeting, you’ll confirm your weekly class time and ask any questions
